About The Position

The Customer Service Representative/Driver is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, preparing all products, and using proprietary technology. The role involves receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing associated paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility daily. The representative must also provide continued on-the-job training for any new products and possess good communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers effectively.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
