About The Position

The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering products to customers while ensuring a high level of service. The role requires navigating various terrains and weather conditions, operating equipment, and maintaining communication with customers and co-workers. The position involves physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods. Training and orientation will be provided on the job.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Ability to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car and to the door of customers.
• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage.
• Prepare products and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings and private homes.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders.
