The employee will check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and ensure that customers are carried out in a safe and timely manner. It is also essential to ensure that the delivery vehicle passes inspection, both mechanically and visually. The role requires upholding Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance, while promoting pizza products, specials, and promotions. Additionally, the employee will receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, as well as for closing and opening procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout. A sense of urgency is expected when answering store phone lines or assisting carryout customers, along with providing quality customer service to both internal and external customers, whether over the phone or in person. The ability to speak and write clearly, as well as comprehend the use of a computer-based order entry system, is necessary.
