About The Position

The position involves collecting cash and credit card payments, as well as coupons for delivered items. The employee will check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and ensure that customers are carried out in a safe and timely manner. It is also essential to ensure that the delivery vehicle passes inspection, both mechanically and visually. The role requires upholding Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance, while promoting pizza products, specials, and promotions. Additionally, the employee will receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, as well as for closing and opening procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout. A sense of urgency is expected when answering store phone lines or assisting carryout customers, and quality customer service must be provided to both internal and external customers, both over the phone and in person. The ability to speak and write clearly, along with comprehension of using a computer-based order entry system, is necessary. The employee is also expected to contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
