About The Position

The position involves collecting cash and credit card payments, as well as coupons for delivered items. The employee will check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and ensure that customers are served in a safe and timely manner. It is essential to maintain the vehicle used for delivery, ensuring it passes inspection both mechanically and visually. The role also requires upholding Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance. Additionally, the employee will promote pizza products, specials, and promotions, and receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, as well as for closing and opening procedures. Operating the pizza oven and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout is also part of the job. The employee must exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or assisting carryout customers, providing quality customer service to both internal and external customers, both over the phone and in person. Clear communication skills, both spoken and written, are necessary, along with the ability to use a computer-based order entry system. The employee is expected to contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
