The employee will check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and ensure that customers are carried out in a safe and timely manner. It is essential to uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance. The role also includes promoting pizza products, specials, and promotions, and receiving cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, as well as closing and opening procedures. The employee will operate the pizza oven and properly box products for delivery or carryout. A sense of urgency is required when answering store phone lines or assisting carryout customers, while providing quality customer service to both internal and external customers, both over the phone and in person. The ability to speak and write clearly and comprehend the use of a computer-based order entry system is necessary. The employee is expected to contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
