The position involves the operation of all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage, preparing products, and receiving and processing telephone and internet orders. Employees will also be responsible for counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job training will include customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice. Customer service skills are essential, requiring the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person. Additionally, pizza delivery skills are necessary, including the ability to safely drive one's own vehicle, navigate roads and maps, and manage adverse terrain and stairs while carrying products. Essential skills also include basic math abilities to accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide for monetary change, with the option to use a calculator.
