The position involves various general job duties including the operation of all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage, preparing products, and receiving and processing telephone and internet orders. The role also requires counting inventory and completing paperwork, as well as cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job training will cover customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice. Customer service skills are essential, as the role requires the ability to comprehend and communicate both verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person.
