Customer service skills are essential, requiring the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person. Pizza delivery skills involve safely driving one's own vehicle, navigating roads/maps, and dealing with adverse terrain/stairs of delivery sites while carrying products. Essential skills also include the ability to perform basic arithmetic operations accurately to make correct monetary change, with the option to use a calculator.
