Responsibilities

• Answering the phone and assisting carryout customers politely and knowledgeably about the menu.
• Maintaining a professional appearance according to company standards.
• Demonstrating customer service steps: Apologize, give them what they want, and provide something extra.
• Counting pepperoni and ham on every order daily, regardless of topping amount.
• Ensuring pizzas are not cleared before they are ready for the oven.
• Drivers must carry $1 in coin change for every delivery and say 'Let me get your change' on every order.
• Limiting personal cash to no more than $20 while on the clock.
• Prohibiting weapons, including pocket knives, while working.
• Keeping driver vehicles neat and clean to maintain a positive image.
• Not routing or checking in drivers early from deliveries.
• Washing hands prior to making products.
• Following proper procedures for food preparation and delivery.
• Completing Safe Delivery CBT training for all drivers.
• Repeating every order for accuracy and confirming name and address.
