The position involves the operation of all equipment, stock and rotation of ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler, preparation of products, and receiving and processing telephone and internet orders. The role also includes counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The job requires a variety of physical demands, including the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, and grasp with hands to use machines, tools, equipment, and work aids. Additionally, the employee must tolerate exposure to varying temperatures and conditions both inside and outside.
