About The Position

As a Delivery Expert (Driver) at Domino's, you will be responsible for collecting cash and credit card payments, as well as coupons for delivered items. You will need to ensure that all products meet quality standards for delivery and carry them out to customers in a safe and timely manner. It is essential to maintain the vehicle used for delivery, ensuring it passes both mechanical and visual inspections. You will also be expected to uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance while promoting pizza products, specials, and promotions. Additionally, you will receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, as well as for closing and opening procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout. A sense of urgency is required when answering store phone lines or assisting carryout customers, and you will provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers, both over the phone and in person. Clear communication skills, both spoken and written, are necessary, along with the ability to use a computer-based order entry system. You will contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards
  • Proof of liability insurance for yourself and vehicle
  • Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses for delivery
