As a Delivery Expert (Driver) at Domino's, you will be responsible for collecting cash and credit card payments, as well as coupons for delivered items. You will need to demonstrate the ability to read maps and quickly determine directions to ensure timely deliveries. Checking all products for accuracy against quality standards is essential, as is ensuring that deliveries are carried out safely and promptly. You will also be expected to maintain the vehicle used for delivery, ensuring it passes both mechanical and visual inspections. Upholding Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance is crucial in this role. Additionally, you will promote pizza products, specials, and promotions, and receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, as well as for closing and opening procedures. Operating the pizza oven and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout will also be part of your responsibilities. A sense of urgency is required when answering store phone lines or assisting carryout customers, and you will provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers, both over the phone and in person. Clear communication skills, both spoken and written, are necessary, along with the ability to use a computer-based order entry system. Contributing to and promoting an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun is also a key aspect of this position.
