About The Position

The position involves various duties related to the delivery of pizza products, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires the individual to collect payments, check product accuracy, maintain vehicle standards, and promote products effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery
• Carry out customers in a safe and timely manner
• Ensure vehicle used for delivery passes inspection, both mechanically and visually
• Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures
• Operate pizza oven and properly box products for delivery or carryout
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person
• Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehend using a computer-based order entry system
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
