About The Position

The position involves various duties related to the delivery of pizza products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the standards of the company. The role requires collecting payments, checking product accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery while upholding grooming and appearance standards. Additionally, the position includes promoting products and specials, receiving cross-training for various operational tasks, and providing quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery
• Carry out customers in a safe and timely manner
• Ensure vehicle used for delivery passes inspection, both mechanically and visually
• Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person
• Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehend using a computer-based order entry system
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
