About The Position

The Driver position at Domino's involves collecting cash and credit card payments for delivered items, ensuring product accuracy against quality standards, and delivering items safely and timely. The role requires maintaining vehicle standards, promoting pizza products, and providing quality customer service. Drivers will also receive cross-training for various tasks including food preparation and operating equipment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Ability to operate all equipment and stock ingredients
• Ability to prepare product and process telephone orders
• Ability to take inventory and complete associate paperwork
• Ability to clean equipment and facility daily

Responsibilities

• Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery
• Ensure vehicle used for delivery passes inspection, both mechanically and visually
• Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
