About The Position

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
• Listed as an insured driver on the vehicle
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Ability to make correct monetary change

Responsibilities

• Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery
• Carry out deliveries in a safe and timely manner
• Ensure vehicle used for delivery passes inspection, both mechanically and visually
• Uphold company standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients
• Operate pizza oven and properly box products for delivery or carryout
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers
• Possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses
• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associate paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily
