About The Position

The Driver position at our company focuses on delivering exceptional service while ensuring a positive work-life balance for our employees. As a driver, you will be responsible for collecting payments, checking product accuracy, and ensuring timely deliveries. You will also promote our pizza products and maintain high standards of grooming and appearance. This role requires a sense of urgency and the ability to provide quality customer service both over the phone and in person.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Ability to operate all equipment and stock ingredients
• Ability to prepare products and receive/process telephone orders
• Ability to take inventory and complete associate paperwork
• Ability to clean equipment and facility daily

Responsibilities

• Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery
• Carry out deliveries to customers in a safe and timely manner
• Ensure vehicle used for delivery passes inspection, both mechanically and visually
• Uphold company standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
