About The Position

The following is considered minimum expectations in performance while working for Domino’s Pizza. Employees are expected to assist customers in a polite and courteous manner while being knowledgeable of the menu. They must maintain a perfect image according to company standards and demonstrate customer service excellence through specific steps. Pizza makers have specific responsibilities regarding ingredient counts and food safety, while drivers have guidelines for handling cash and maintaining their vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone or assist carryout customers politely and knowledgeably about the menu.
• Maintain a perfect image according to company standards.
• Demonstrate customer WOW steps: Apologize, give them what they want, and give them something extra.
• Count pepperoni and ham on every order every day, regardless of topping amount.
• Ensure pizzas are not cleared before they are ready to be placed in the oven.
• Drivers must carry $1 in coin change on every delivery.
• Drivers must say 'Let me get your change' on every order without exception.
• Ensure no one carries more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
• Prohibit carrying pocket knives or any weapons while working.
• Keep driver vehicles neat, clean, and in a positive image while working.
• Do not route drivers early or check them in early from delivery.
• Wash hands prior to making products.
• Follow proper procedures for products.
• Complete Safe Delivery CBT.
• Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm name and address.
