About The Position

The following is considered minimum expectations in performance while working for Domino’s Pizza. Employees are expected to maintain a polite and courteous demeanor while assisting customers, whether on the phone or in person. Knowledge of the menu is essential to provide excellent customer service. Employees must adhere to the company's image standards and demonstrate customer WOW steps, which include apologizing, fulfilling customer requests, and providing something extra. Specific responsibilities include counting toppings for every order, ensuring pizzas are not cleared before they are ready for the oven, and maintaining proper cash handling procedures for drivers. All employees must follow safety and hygiene protocols, including handwashing before food preparation and completing Safe Delivery CBT training.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone or assist carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a perfect image according to company standards.
  • Demonstrate customer WOW steps: apologize, give them what they want, and provide something extra.
  • Count pepperoni and ham on every order daily, regardless of topping amount.
  • Ensure pizzas are not cleared before they are ready to be placed in the oven.
  • Drivers must carry $1 in coin change for every delivery.
  • Drivers must say 'Let me get your change' on every order without exception.
  • Limit personal money to no more than $20 while on the clock.
  • Prohibit carrying pocket knives or any weapons while working.
  • Maintain neat and clean driver vehicles.
  • Do not route or check in drivers early from delivery.
  • Wash hands prior to making products.
  • Follow proper procedures for product preparation.
  • Complete Safe Delivery CBT training.
  • Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm name and address.
