Employees must adhere to the company's image standards and demonstrate customer WOW steps, which include apologizing, fulfilling customer requests, and providing something extra. Specific responsibilities include counting toppings for every order, ensuring pizzas are not cleared before they are ready for the oven, and maintaining proper cash handling procedures for drivers. All employees must follow safety and hygiene protocols, including handwashing before food preparation and completing Safe Delivery CBT training.
