About The Position

The Delivery Coordinator at Campers Inn RV is responsible for scheduling RV delivery appointments and serving as the primary point of contact for customers. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and requires a thorough knowledge of RV parts and accessories, ensuring that units are ready for delivery and that customers are well-informed throughout the process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record preferred.
  • One year of RV dealership experience or RV ownership highly preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months customer service background preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills are required.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills are necessary.
  • Working knowledge of policies and procedures of RV sales and service departments preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications.
  • Ability to learn company system applications, including Motility Systems2K and other relevant software.
  • Requires continuous visual ability for use of computer, files, and reports.
  • Ability to bend or sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for RV delivery with designated staff.
  • Coordinate the readiness of the RV unit for delivery.
  • Serve as the point of contact between staff and customers.
  • Demonstrate features and proper use of the RV to customers, including navigation and Bluetooth connectivity.
  • Ensure customers are aware of the status of their RV unit prior to delivery.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of RV parts and accessories to assist customers effectively.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, which may include cross-training for other roles such as Service Writer or Cashier.
