About The Position

Responsible for introducing customers to their new cars and review the features of each vehicle. Responsible for delivering vehicle to customer according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.

High School Diploma
Automotive
up to 3 years
Prior customer service experience in addition to strong technology and organizational skills.
Valid Driver’s License
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
Strong ability to understand and demonstrate technology to customers.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
The position requires regular and predictable attendance.
Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and sit.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.

Responsibilities

Coordinates delivery with customer
Observes that the vehicle is detailed, full of fuel, has all requested accessories installed and is in delivery area ready for customer
Demonstrate Interior and Exterior vehicle features and personalize the delivery to the customer’s needs
Communicate the benefits of owning the vehicle purchased as well as the dealership services and amenities
Explain warranties and all documents
Complete necessary customer registration according to manufacturer guidelines
Familiarize customer with Service department personnel and Service areas
Present keys and relevant documents to customer.
Works closely with department managers to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
Participates in required training
Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
