About The Position

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to serve as the vital link between our Fulfillment Operations and our customers. Ever had a delivery driver show up when you weren't home, or wander aimlessly looking for a "hidden side gate" that doesn't exist? Yeah, it's the worst. As our Delivery Coordinator, you are the superhero who prevents that heartbreak. You are the bridge between a truck full of product and a happy client.

Requirements

  • Communication: You’re a pro at talking to anyone and everyone. Whether it’s an email or a phone call, you speak "Customer" fluently and always keep it friendly, clear, and helpful.
  • Human GPS & Tech Wiz: You have a weirdly good sense of geography (you know North from South without checking your phone) and you aren't afraid of logistics software and Google Suite.
  • Unshakeable Cool: When a schedule falls apart or a customer is having a "Monday" on a Tuesday, you stay as calm as the underside of a pillow. You’re the person who brings the zen to the logistics storm.
  • Organization: You can juggle spreadsheets, dashboards, and real-time alerts without dropping a single one. Your attention to detail is so sharp you probably spot typos in restaurant menus.

Responsibilities

  • Outreach Wiz: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to customers to confirm delivery appointments and availability.
  • Data Detective: You’ll hunt down the tiny details—like "gate code 1234" or "blue door around the back"—to make sure our drivers spend their time delivering, not circling the block like a lost satellite.
  • Dry-Run Destroyer: When life happens and a customer can’t make it, you swoop in to reschedule. You’re saving the day, saving fuel, and making sure our Team never knocks on an empty door.
  • Route Optimization Support: Communicate real-time updates to the Dispatch team based on customer feedback to help adjust driver routes for maximum efficiency.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns regarding their delivery window or special handling requirements.
