Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
  • Previous Customer Service experience is required, ideally within retail setting.
  • People oriented, interacting positively with clients and other team members.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Able to effectively troubleshoot and address/resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Attentiveness, decision-making, adaptability and relationship development are all keys to success in this positions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details and multitasking is essential.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and other basic computer programs.
  • Friendly – We treat our customers like family and you are their host! If you love to host a party or have a knack for putting people at ease this is your job!
  • Outgoing – Do you love talking and getting to know people? With professional communication skills and a good hand shake you can help our customer get the most out of their new purchase.

Responsibilities

  • Create an engaging and fun experience for customers upon taking delivery of their RV.
  • Call customers to confirm appointments and communicate important information.
  • Assist customers by stepping them through the process of the RV purchase.
  • Help answer questions and resolve issues by leading customers to the appropriate personnel.
  • Entry data, such as appointment information/customer information/issues/notes in different logs.
  • Communicate with all departments via emails, radio, phones and face-to-face.
  • Provide amazing customer service throughout their whole experience.
