Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable learning and explaining new automotive technology.
Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Provide a comprehensive and engaging vehicle delivery experience.
Clearly explain all vehicle features, technology, and functionality to customers.
Serve as a product expert on all makes and models in inventory.
Support the Sales Department throughout the sales and delivery process.
Ensure customers receive all manufacturer-required vehicle information.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance.
Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to: Verify accessories listed on invoice/addendum Detect any damage Ensure required stickers and Buyer’s Guide are properly displayed Confirm vehicle is fueled and presentation-ready
Ensure inventory vehicles are clean, presentable, and properly merchandised.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
