As a Delivery Coordinator at Lowe's, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive their deliveries in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires you to coordinate and support deliveries from start to finish, acting as the primary point of contact for any questions or issues that may arise during the delivery process. You will be responsible for tracking merchandise to ensure it is accurately accounted for, handled properly, and delivered to the customer as expected. This includes gathering detailed information from customers and conducting safety reviews to ensure that all deliveries meet our high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will also be tasked with maintaining strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service will be essential to your success. You will need to have a strong understanding of safety protocols and proper delivery procedures, as you will be the gatekeeper and final reviewer of every delivery. While some of your time will be spent physically assisting with deliveries, a significant portion will involve using our systems to track deliveries and check item availability. This is a full-time position with an expected work schedule of 40 hours per week, including 8-hour shifts and occasional weekends as needed.
