GENERAL FUNCTION: Responsible for planning and leading change management for significant Consumer Bank initiatives, ensuring the strategic vision is executed and benefits are realized as intended. Provides insight and decision support to the leadership teams through evaluation of complexity, including organizational impact. Works across the Consumer Bank organization and with other key business partners to identify opportunities for sales, service, and operational improvements. Works with the leaders and business partners to prioritize initiatives. Partners with Market leaders as the liaison to National support teams and development of Market-specific strategies. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
