Supplier requalification: support team with project management tasks including KPI reporting and status reports as well as 8D and FMEA. Wrong delivery prevention: analyzing data from 8D and FMEA to derive concrete solutions to address main contributors. LQS competency concept: support team with development of i-Learn classes and tracking of training completion. Reporting of KPI: conducts data processing in SAP. SQL, Power BI i.e. running weekly and daily reports. May include data mining, creating and maintaining visualization tools, etc. Supplier communication: support team with development Maintain electronic team board as key user.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have completed (or will be an upperclassman by credit hours) a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field with a GPA of 3.4 or above (preferred).
• Candidate must have strong interpersonal and technical skills (experience using Power BI, SQL, Data Lake, etc. is a bonus)
• Communication & facilitation skills
• Microsoft Excel (experience with VLookup, Macros, etc. preferred)

• Knowledge of material planning process
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
• Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
• Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
• Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
• Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
• MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
• THE WORK TERM DATES ARE May 18th - August 7th, 2026.
