About The Position
Our Delivery Associates are individuals who thrive on independence, hard work, and problem-solving. We seek candidates who possess excellent communication skills and reliability, as these traits are essential for success in this role. No prior delivery experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a new career. We currently have immediate openings available for both full-time and part-time shifts. Full-time employees typically work four 10-hour days each week, while part-time employees have flexible scheduling options. It is important to note that all new employees are required to work at least one weekend day each week. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles for extended periods, greeting customers, and delivering packages with a positive attitude. The job involves a significant amount of physical activity, including sitting, standing, carrying heavy packages, and walking up to 20,000 steps a day. You will also use an application to navigate and track deliveries, allowing for a largely independent workday. Compensation for this position starts at $21.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $23.00 per hour based on performance benchmarks. Employees are guaranteed hours if requirements are met, meaning you will be paid for a full 8 hours even if you work less than that. Additional benefits include paid training, health insurance for both part-time and full-time employees, paid time off, and a set schedule that allows you to work the same days each week. For students, we offer additional schedule flexibility and school reimbursement for approved programs. Basic requirements for this position include the ability to work in the U.S., possession of a current and valid driver's license, being at least 21 years old, and the capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently. Fluency in English is also required, along with the ability to work occasional holidays. A drug screening is mandatory, but marijuana is not included in the pre-employment drug test.
