About The Position

Our Monticello, IA location is looking for Delivery and Service Technician to join their team. This is an excellent, full-time opportunity to become part of our Employee Owned Company. This is a first shift position, Monday through Friday Total Water is an Employee Owned Business providing excellent benefits including: Employee Stock Ownership Plan 401k Health, dental and vision insurance Short and Long term disability insurance Life Insurance Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Customers who need delivery of water and salt will rely on your promptness, efficiency, cleanliness and courtesy when delivering and promoting products and services to their home or business. You will go the extra mile to communicate with the customers on service related issues, and recommend the best course of action. We will train you to install and service water treatment equipment used in homes and small businesses. You will learn about water treatment while performing routine maintenance, filter changes, sanitizations and equipment exchanges.

Requirements

Customer service experience required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience and ability to work independently without supervision.
Technical experience and mechanical aptitude required. We will train.
Delivery experience helpful with experience driving a large service vehicle preferred.
Knowledge of the geographic area helpful.
Ability to read a map.
High School Equivalency required.
Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certificate required.
Valid Driver License: Class C licensed required. Class D Non-Commercial Chauffer license will be required after hire.
Physical requirements for this position are considered heavy with the ability to lift 80 pounds and to move 250 pounds assisted.
