About The Position

Delivery & Planting Team Member (Seasonal) Full-time and part-time available. Tuesday - Saturday schedule. Seasonal position running from April through August (dates may shift depending on business needs). Starting pay: $15.86 - 16.89/hr. depending on experience. What You’ll Do Assist with planting and transplanting plants at customer locations. Prepare soil, place plants correctly, and water or treat plants as directed. Load, secure, and unload plants and garden products for delivery. Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate to customer locations. Deliver products on schedule while providing friendly, professional service. Assist customers with placement of plants and answer basic care questions. Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment. Support general nursery and retail operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to perform extended physical labor and work outdoors.
  • Comfortable working independently and problem-solving on the job.
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of plant care and horticultural tools (or willingness to learn).
  • Ability to use smartphone navigation apps.
  • Commitment to safety during delivery and planting activities.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of lifting, carrying, and planting.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous delivery, planting, landscaping, or nursery experience.
  • Customer service experience in a retail or outdoor setting.
