Aaron's is seeking a Delivery Driver and Installation Specialist to join their team. This role is dynamic and varied, involving tasks both inside and outside the store, including driving, installing, and demonstrating merchandise to customers. As a store-based position, the specialist will also assist with moving, installing, and picking up merchandise. Requirements

• Solid communication skills
• Working knowledge of electronics
• Desire to help customers
• Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to perform physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
• Able to work in all outdoor weather, including rain or summer sun
• A valid driver’s license is required, but not a CDL

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred
