About The Position

Amentum is seeking a Deliverables Manager Journeyman to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract. The role involves supporting the collection, organization, and quality control of contractual deliverables, ensuring compliance with Task Order (TO) requirements. The Deliverables Manager will maintain document management processes, assist in the preparation and consolidation of various reports, and support updates to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). This position requires coordination with internal teams and Government stakeholders to facilitate timely reviews and approvals of deliverables.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Eligible Clearance.
• 4-9 Years of experience with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the collection, organization, and quality control of contractual deliverables.
• Maintains document management processes to ensure compliance with Government-approved formats.
• Assists in the preparation and consolidation of Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Risk Analysis Reports, and Project Management Plan (PMP) updates.
• Tracks project milestones, expenditures, and performance metrics.
• Supports updates to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and coordinates technical inputs.
• Conducts initial quality reviews of submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Tracks deliverables and submission schedules, facilitating timely reviews and approvals.
• Supports the organization of Transition-In and Transition-Out documentation.
• Utilizes standardized templates and workflows for document consistency.
• Participates in stakeholder meetings for reporting requirements and process improvements.
• Maintains controlled document repositories for accessibility and audit readiness.
