This role involves safely delivering customer orders using either a personal or company-provided vehicle, ensuring timely arrivals with excellent customer service, and representing the Domino’s brand. Additionally, Delivery Experts will assist with in-store tasks such as pizza preparation, oven operation, order management, taking customer orders over the phone, and maintaining store cleanliness. The position offers a fun, fast-paced, and team-focused environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Proof of current auto insurance (If using your own vehicle)
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly during shifts
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Deliver pizzas & smiles
- Safely deliver customer orders using either your own reliable vehicle or a company-provided delivery vehicle
- Ensure orders arrive on time with excellent customer service
- Provide friendly, professional service to every customer
- Represent the Domino’s brand during deliveries
- Assist with pizza preparation
- Run ovens and help manage orders
- Answer phones and take customer orders
- Help keep the store clean and organized
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace
