About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. This position involves performing daily deliveries on a set route, providing outstanding customer service, loading and unloading vehicles as needed, and collecting COD and cash orders at the point of delivery. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 5:00am to 5:00pm, or until the route is completed, with hours potentially varying based on routes and overtime as needed.

Requirements

• 21 years or older (mandatory company policy)
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Ability to follow safe operating procedures
• 1 years’ work experience
• Ability to be trained and use forklifts and high reach lifts as needed
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)
• Valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines and requirements during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Drive a parcel, cube van, or box truck up to 26,001 pounds
• Follow and safety procedures per training manual
• Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Provide quality customer service during every interaction
• Collect and handle cash on deliveries
