About The Position
Our Delish deli’s are a convenient place for our customers to stop for breakfast, lunch or great coffee on the go. Our hard-working and friendly team make it all happen- from preparing delicious food, delivering first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services. You’ll be supported by a team of brilliant people, and there are fantastic career development and progression opportunities.
Requirements
- Don’t worry if you have no previous retail or foodservice experience - we’ll provide you with all the right training.
- Above all we are looking for team members with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who know how to make our customers smile and provide the very best experience!

Responsibilities
- Provide a first-class service to all of our customers.
- Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
- Keeping prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter duties.
- Work as part of a team to ensure all counters - SPAR Bakery and Delish Deli - remain fresh and appetizing for our customers.
- Undertake other duties as required for the role.
