About The Position

Bake delicious sweet goods including cinnamon rolls, cookies, cupcakes, and pastries.
Follow recipes and baking instructions with precision to ensure consistent quality.
Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on detail and food safety.
Retrieve and handle ingredients from various storage areas (coolers, freezers, dry storage).
Maintain a clean and organized baking area.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ to work evening shifts and in hot environments.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, measure ingredients, and operate scales.
• Comfortable working in warm bakery conditions and standing for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs individually (up to 50 lbs with assistance).
• Willingness to work evening shifts and occasional overtime.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous baking experience or culinary training is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!
