Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and informing them about deli products and services.
• Promote sales through active discussions with guests, offering product recommendations and discussing current promotions.
• Prepare food items as assigned, including making sandwiches to order and producing homemade salads and entrees.
• Operate deli equipment safely and correctly, including slicers, blenders, and cash registers.
• Mentor new associates and create a positive learning environment.
• Ensure all work performed in the deli upholds the integrity and honesty of the company.
