Requirements
- Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for daily menu items
- Assist cooks and other team members with food prep and setup
- Label, store, and rotate ingredients properly
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
