The Deli Manager-Assistant assists with the implementation of Division Deli Merchandising programs. In the absence of the Deli Manager, this role is responsible for pricing, displaying, ordering, and inventory control within the Department. The Assistant Deli Manager is also responsible for the overall presentation, cleanliness, and profitability of the Department, while ensuring superior customer service. This position serves as a positive role model and provides training for other Deli employees.
