About The Position

The Deli Leader's primary leadership responsibility is to create an uplifting and friendly customer experience through exceptional service, highly satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. This role also involves interviewing, training, evaluating performance, rewarding, and coaching associates, while demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Dillons, based in Hutchinson, Kansas, merged with The Kroger Company in 1983 and now serves customers in over 60 stores throughout Kansas.
