Purpose and Scope of Position Perform a variety of duties. Works in coordination with management and co-workers to accomplish daily, weekly, and long-term store goals.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive representation of Wheat Montana while present in the restaurant.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment through communication, enthusiasm, and support.
  • Be respectful in your communication with guests, managers & team members -follow proper channels for voicing concerns.
  • Understand that we are a performance-based operation. Weekly schedules will be based on each individual's ability, attitude, and availability. Growth opportunities are based on your performance, dependability, and flexibility.
  • Provide timely customer service.
  • Verify that orders are accurate at the counter and at the table.
  • Share knowledgeable responses to guest questions about our menu and our history.
  • Offer engaging interaction with the guest; take an interest in their experience at our store.
  • Support our belief that guest satisfaction comes from a sincere interest in the people who invest our store.
  • Adopt our philosophy of teamwork in our effort to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Fulfill daily workstation responsibilities to set-up fellow team members for success.
  • Approach workplace challenges in a positive fashion; negative attitudes and divisive communication will not be tolerated.
  • If you are unable to resolve a workplace concern, promptly notify the manager on duty or ownership and allow reasonable time for resolution.
  • Know the menu and help our guests make the most of their experience with us.
  • Never compromise standards for freshness, flavor, and temperature of menu items.
  • Comply with established sanitation and food handling practices.
  • Adhere to recipes, portion guidelines and prep procedures.
  • Completely and accurately record all product loss on the Waste Tracking sheet.
  • Display initiative and self-motivation.
  • Know your schedule and follow the proper steps for requesting time off.
  • Work at a high level of productivity while maintaining expectations for accuracy, quality, and safety.
  • Contribute to a safe guest and work environment; promptly report any accidents or hazardous situations to the manager on duty and to ownership.
  • Maintain standards for the cleanliness of the facility and all equipment
