About The Position

A Deli Kitchen Lead’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all food produced within the kitchen is fresh, delicious, appealing, and properly prepared. In coordination with the Deli Manager and Front End Lead, a Deli Kitchen Lead will help to promote a food company appearance by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to all Guests and fellow Team Members, and ensuring those they manage do the same.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all food produced is fresh, delicious, appealing, and properly prepared.
  • Coordinate with the Deli Manager and Front End Lead.
  • Promote a food company appearance.
  • Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to all Guests and fellow Team Members.
  • Ensure team members provide the same level of service.
