About The Position

Overview We are looking for an energetic shift leader who is a positive example in all areas, including guest service, merchandising, marketing, positive attitude and professionalism to help lead our deli team. We are looking for candidates who are able to work any shifts, any day of the week. Individual associate rates are based on factors including experience, location and length of employment. Responsibilities Our floor captain in training's primary responsibilities are to assist in the management and execution of all department and timeline expectations, merchandising standards and department operations while providing world-class service to our diverse guests. In addition, they will also prepare sandwiches according to guest requests and posted menus, slice meats and cheeses, prepare rotisserie chickens, share product knowledge and promote our prepared foods while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Qualifications You should meet the following requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Previous experience in a leadership role Must have proficient knowledge and use of commercial kitchen equipment Must have basic to proficient knife skills Basic understanding of the English language, which includes the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules and signage Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic Ability to learn and retain product knowledge Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude is essential! Requirements
