This role requires compliance with all company policies and directives, setting a professional example for other team members, and possessing the knowledge to teach others the fundamentals of deli production, including mixing, scaling, cooking, frying, and finishing. The clerk must also ensure high levels of coordination and communication with other departments for smooth product flow and service, and maintain accurate department records.
