The Deli / Salad Cook is responsible for all aspects of production for salads and sandwiches, and clean up before, during and after service. This position will also support cleaning the kitchen both during and at the end of the shift. The Deli / Salad Cook will serve as the first impression for all students and faculty, requiring accurate speed, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
