About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic DRAFT Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, possesses strong teamwork abilities, and is detail-oriented. Requirements

  • General knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in the English language.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of food preparation techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations, and utilizing hand tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team, demonstrating strong teamwork skills to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
  • Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies, utilizing organizational skills to maintain efficient stock levels.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with excellent customer service, demonstrating effective communication skills.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report any major problems to the appropriate personnel, showcasing problem-solving abilities.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes, while being detail-oriented.
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new recipes and techniques, adapting to menu changes and seasonal offerings.
  • Operate kitchen machinery safely and efficiently, understanding power tool operation.
