About The Position

Summary: The Deli Cook is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of food items for all outlets while maintaining professionalism in the kitchen based on Company Standards. They must always follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the highest quality of food service. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food items according to specified recipes and standards. Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of food meet Company Standards and guest expectations. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Maintain proper food handling, including tasting and smelling, to ensure food quality. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food preparation and service. Assist in inventory monitoring and control to avoid shortages or wastage. Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with guests and team members. Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy. All other duties as assigned. Experience/Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required. Prior experience in a supervisory/leadership position is a plus. Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently. Must be able to legally work in the USA.
