About The Position

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a Deli/Prep Cook to join our team! The position is full-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The Deli/Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking to order a variety of sandwiches and wraps, using home-baked deli meats. The role requires some participation in catering events.

Requirements

  • Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.
  • Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
  • Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests' expectations.
  • Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
  • Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
  • Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
