Deli Clerk
About The Position
We are looking to hire a friendly, energetic, and helpful person to work in our deli department. A successful candidate will need to learn food safety and proper food preparation techniques. This position teaches creative presentations of prepared foods as well as learning to prepare and cook menu items. Employees will learn slicing, cutting, weighing, packaging, and pricing of merchandise according to store standards. Strong customer service skills along with multitasking are essential. Starting Wage - Available Benefits, Subject to Eligibility –Flexible scheduling, Paid Time Off, Health Insurance, Retirement plans Employees will be required to stand for up to an 8-hour shift. Employees must be able to lift up to 40lbs. Work shifts may vary with flexibility in terms of scheduling.
